CULTURAL HERITAGE MANAGEMENT PLANS (CHMPs)
CHMPs are required by the Aboriginal Heritage Act (2006) for projects meeting conditions as outlined in the Aboriginal Heritage Regulations (2018). TerraCulture Pty Ltd has successfully completed hundreds of CHMPs since the establishment of the Aboriginal Heritage Act (2006).

SALVAGE EXCAVATIONS
Salvage excavations are usually the condition of a consent to damage an archaeological site given by Heritage Victoria or as a condition of a Cultural Heritage Management Plan. TerraCulture Pty Ltd are highly experienced in salvage programmes and have a complete range of mechanical equipment providing effective outcomes to meet all legislative requirements.

DUE DILIGENCE
Due Diligence reports establish legislative requirements for a project. These reports are produced in a letter format and involve a study of previous works completed on the area, a review of current legislation in relation to the project, and in most cases, a site visit by a qualified archaeologist. |
HISTORICAL EXCAVATION
All historical places and sites are protected under the provisions of the Heritage Act (2017). If disturbance is proposed Consent must be approved by Heritage Victoria. TerraCulture Pty Ltd has undertaken a range of historical investigations and excavations throughout Victoria. |
